Bleeding Sky




Sonic screams resounding
Through the darkness,
The night sky is sliced open
By a thousand jagged blades of light,
Hemorrhaging onto the ground below.

You totally describe the intensity of a stormy night with lightening and thunder. We rarely get those down here and so it is kinda fun when we do. But it is also scary because of the damage that can be done. And that picture is fantastic.

You caught the ripping open of the skies in the scary wound that lightning perhaps was to primeval humans and is still for many.
