Cleansing

Our tears
Cleanse the wounds
Inflicted by
The thoughtless,
The ruthless,
The careless,
And the clueless.

~~~ This poem was inspired by a prompt from Poetic Bloomings asking for poems about water (in any form.)  I also linked this one up with dVerse Poets Pub's Open Link Night.
Brilliant little weave, Mary! The little poem that could...this is exactly how I try to explain it to hubby...but I think you're poem will do it much better...I've already got that awful lump forming in my throat as I ready to read it to him...thank you for this!
i am glad they have that power....because there are many of those people that will hurt without even thinking about it...
